Dialer.Tibs

Dialer.Tibs is a malignant dialer program often used by cyber criminals to dial premium phone numbers at a victim's expense. Dialer.Tibs propagates as an attachment in unsolicited e-mails or via freeware. Once inside a system, Dialer.Tibs will change the standard rate local number that a victim's PC usually dials, and replace it with a premium rate number. DialerTibs does not necessarily affect the operations of a computer system but it leaves its victims with huge bills to settle.
